Who would you guys say our biggest rivalry is?
Some would say that it is FVSU from our SIAC days, but we 've been gone from there for almost a decade now.
We dont really have any major MEAC rivalries either. If we did, would it be BCU? SCSU?
Who would we play or big rivalry weekend game against? I would vote for the bullpuppies of SCSU. I think that we could develop a better rivalry with them than they have with A&T.

your best bet would be scsu or bcu.....seeing as you all have played them more often than any other MEAC school (if im correct), then i'd shoot for BCU
PS: CONGRATS!

I think that our biggest rivalary will develop with SC State. They are the closest, their fans will travel here, and the schools are of similar size, etc. I hope we play them at the end of the season as well.

I think both BCU and SCSU will be our rivals. Maybe it will be NCCU. They are the only team we beat this year. That had to leave a bad taste in their mouths. ;D

if what im hearing is correct {no official word yet} ssu will have its season closer against scsu....that is a fine way to start a rivalry....if you can knock them off

Because of the previous administration's asinine decision, we were left homeless for over 10 years, therefore, we lost our rivals with FVSU, ASU, CAU, and Morehouse. I was at the FVSU/SSU matchup and it was just another game for these kids. They have no understanding of our rivals with our fellow HBCU's. I would think, due to the proximity, that SCSU would become our arch rival within the next 5 years.

I also agree. SC State is the closest conference team to us, and they really dont have an "arch rival" in the sense of FAMU/BCU, or NCA&T/NCCU
I think that we will become that as time goes on. I think those games will be highly attended.
